Will Stephens is Development Director for Landscape Enterprise Networks (LENs) at 3Keel. He leads LENs' outreach to new regions and partners, helping identify where the LENs approach could be a useful complement to existing initiatives in new landscapes. He also leads on grant fundraising to support LENs' development.

Will's background is in supply chain sustainability and community-based natural resource management. He helped establish the sustainable sourcing programme at Tesco between 2007 and 2015. This included a stint buying canned fish for the business and developing the Group's first sustainable sourcing strategy for tuna. He then ran Community Fair Trade and sustainable sourcing for ingredients at The Body Shop, before moving to Blue Ventures as Conservation Programmes Director in 2018. Blue Ventures is a UK not-for-profit working with coastal communities to advance local management of natural resources.
