Call for submissions
The call for submissions is now open. Deadline 23:00 30 September 2026.
The Resilient Landscapes and Seas Symposium 2027: Designing Landscape Projects for Impact: Developing, monitoring and defining outcomes at scale aims to build a more cohesive community around landscape-scale transformation, sharing knowledge and best practice, connecting projects across the UK and providing mutual support.
The Symposium will take place on Wednesday 3 February - Thursday 4 February 2027, at the King’s House, Manchester Edinburgh and will include themed presentation sessions across the two days:
Landscape and Sea projects: Challenges and Success stories
Designing evaluation approaches for outcome and impacts
How to monitor & measure with poster and exhibitor pitches
How to evaluate and use data
Telling stories with impact
Inspiring Impact Stories from Landscape and Seas
We are seeking submissions for:
Short themed session talks - 8 minutes (2 minutes Q&A) with or without slides
Posters (A0 portrait format) - to be displayed in a communal space on both days, and for a dedicated session on Wed 3 Feb (with a <2minute elevator pitch for each poster before the session begins).
Monitoring Technology Exhibitor - to be set up in a communal space on both days, and for a dedicated session on Wed 3 Feb (with a <2minute elevator pitch for each exhibitor before the session begins).
