Jessica Findlay is the Climate Change Manager in NatureScot and leads on NatureScot’s approach to integrating climate change actions and thinking across the organisation. She has worked extensively within wildlife management and licensing, including deer management in NatureScot, leading on developing licensing policy and co-ordinating development of new licensing approaches. She also led the development of a collaborative shared approach to wildlife management, bringing a range of varied views together. Prior to being involved in wildlife management Jessica worked with the Moray Firth Partnership.
